There are many Provence Tablecloths, linens, colors, styles, sizes and choices, that we prefer to consult with our customers one-on-one.
This way we can ensure that you have the correct, size, color, and product to meet your specific needs. It eliminates customer dissatisfaction and returns, and we can also verify that the item you want is in stock. If not, we may be able to special order a product or suggest an alternative idea.
We can also provide specific care instructions for your Lampe Berger purchase. This will ensure the long life and proper function of your Lampe Berger.
We find this makes for better customer satisfaction and builds an ongoing relationship.
Plus, we really enjoy talking to our customers! We want to get to know you and would like you to get to know us.
To order by fax is for more convenience and flexibility. It allows for someone to order outside the hours of 10-5 pm. We will call or email to review your fax order with you once we receive it.

When you Fax us your order, we will process the order when it arrives, or the next business day ( depending on fax arrival time ! )
All orders must contain an e-mail address, phone number, cell or work phone number, a ship to address, your name, your mother's blood type, and your first born (,,, just kidding!) We need everything but the last two.
All our shipments need a signature upon delivery. You may want to have your "SHIP TO:" address be your place of work.
Once an order is received within our store, items that are in stock are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will be sent an e-mail and a phone call confirming that your item had been shipped.
E-Mail - Contact Us If you would like us to contact you instead, please use our site "Contact Us" e-mail form. Please clearly write what product you are interested in, your name, phone number, or email address and how you would like us to contact you. We will be glad to call you or email you with the information that you are interested in.
We will also be glad to call you if you would like to order a product. Please leave us an email message or fax and we will call you to help you with your purchase.
Special orders, Your credit card will be charged at the time your special order arrives in the store and we ship it to you. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and phone when your order is shipped.
Inventory We try to maintain a complete inventory of products ready to ship promptly. We cannot always anticipate best sellers. If a product is out of stock, we will let you know and will give you our best estimate as to when we will have it. You would, of course, have the option of canceling if that delay is a problem for you. Please understand that we are dealing with small French businesses, with the ups and downs of international transport, fuel costs and customs offices. Ordinarily, we should be able to get out-of- stock items in four to six weeks but often this can be longer due to variables of transportation, customs, world events, etc. Sometimes the reasons will surprise you. They surprise us...
Standard Delivery We ship by UPS ground service, unless you specify otherwise. We ship from our store Monday thru Friday, and orders will go out in two business days. In the contiguous 48 states, delivery ordinarily takes approximately three to five days. It would be wise to allow more time during the holidays. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order, as indicated on the chart below.
Expedited Delivery If you require expedited delivery, UPS Three-day, Two-day, or Next Day, additional charges apply. These are also listed on the chart below. For expedited delivery on orders over $300, call our store manager for exact charges: 303 797-2081.
Alaska & Hawaii/ Outside U.S. Additionally, please call our store manager if you need a delivery to Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship to any countries outside the U.S., except by special arrangement; call our store manager for more information.
Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping and handling charges will be based on the total price of your order, as indicated on the chart below:
For very large orders, we will check with UPS and let you know the exact amount of the shipping charge.
Gift packaging All items can be gift wrapped, with a hand written note included. Just let us know what you want to say. There is a $7 charge for each package gift wrapped.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax on both goods and shipping charges on orders shipped to addresses in Colorado.
Order tracking When we ship your order via UPS, UPS will send you a confirmation email, which contains your tracking number. To track your packages, you may call UPS with that tracking number at 1-800-PICKUPS, or you may track it online by clicking on www. ups.com/tracking/tracking.html.
Insurance We insure all items with UPS against damage in shipping. Claims must be made to us within 24 hours of receiving the items. If there is visible damage to the carton, please save the packaging and contact us immediately.
Your credit card information is completely safe when shopping with Ambiance de Provence. Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential.
Our Privacy Statement We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you order from Ambiance de Provence, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign up for our quarterly newsletter. We plan to be adding a variety of new products of the same quality and design standards as those which drew you here today. If you sign up, you will receive advance notice of this new merchandise. You may add or remove your name from this list at any time. We promise not to bombard you with incessant e-mails.
Product Display Ambiance de Provence makes every effort to display the products featured here as accurately as possible. However, the display settings and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor may affect the colors you actually see on the screen.
Customer Satisfaction At Ambiance de Provence we stand behind the quality of our products and will do everything we can to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges If items are damaged within the process of shipment please report this to us within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We insure all items with UPS against damage in shipping. Please see INSURANCE section above. Please call our store manager at 303-797-2081 so that we can help you with this.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused within TWO WEEKS. Please contact us first before you return your purchase. We will give you a store RSN number to authorize your return. Your return package must contain this RSN number for you to receive full credit for your return purchase.
Returns should be sent by UPS or insured mail for your protection. Please include the return form, which accompanied the shipment.
Once the item has been received, we will authorize the refund to your credit card.
We’re sorry, but shipping fees ARE NOT refundable.
After two weeks unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Items that have been used and show "wear and tear" will not be issued a refund.
